Can you help before architectural drawings are completed?
Absolutely. We encourage clients to involve Mayzo early in the process. Our construction experience allows us to provide valuable input on design, budgeting, materials and constructability before drawings are finalized.
How early should I contact Mayzo when planning a custom home?
The earlier, the better. Bringing us in during the planning and design stages allows us to work with your team, establish realistic budgets and help ensure the project is designed with construction in mind.
Do you work with my architect or designer?
Yes. We work closely with architects, interior designers and other consultants to ensure the design vision is carried through properly from the drawings to the finished home.
How involved will I be throughout the project?
We keep our clients informed throughout construction and guide them through important selections and decisions, while managing the day-to-day details of the project.
What areas do you serve?
Mayzo Design & Construction serves Etobicoke, Toronto, Mississauga, & Oakville with a strong focus on Etobicoke and Toronto's established residential neighbourhoods.
How many projects do you take on each year?
We intentionally take on a limited number of projects each year. This allows us to remain personally involved, maintain a high level of quality and give every project the attention it deserves.
Do you handle renovations as well as new homes?
Yes. Mayzo specializes in custom homes as well as major renovations and additions. Whether building from the ground up or transforming an existing home, we provide complete construction and project management from start to finish.
